Anytime you come by, you will see me on Netflix watching some type of cooking or baking show. Baking is not a strong area for me, so I was so glad to have the chance to improve my baking skills, but not only that a chance to bond even more with our grandson.
He is certainly one that will either be in the kitchen or one who will be an outdoorsman who in his spare time is found in the kitchen:) He already seemed to be at ease in the kitchen, so me putting that chef’s hat on him was one of his highlights. He usually takes any hat you put on him off, but not this one. He actually looked kind of sad when I took it off.
Baketivity made it so much fun to be able to show our grandson some of my kitchen secrets while him showing me how even more sneaky he can be, with him tasting some of the ingredients:)
Each kit had easy-to-follow directions, so even if you are not one for being a baker, you and the kids can fool some people with the creative baking pieces you can come up with monthly. You only had to add some additional ingredients and had some of the tools you would see in a kitchen of a baker: measuring cups, measuring spoons, rolling pins, etc.
